Knight Colley was founded in 2007 as a property development company based in the Valley de L’Arve – in the heart of the French
Alps near to the famous ski resorts of Chamonix, Megeve and St Gervais. Knight Colley focus primarily on renovation of existing buildings and the resale of apartments in a semi finished “shell”
state to individuals.

We want to offer the opportunity for people to buy
properties for prices below the current market whilst also allowing
them to finish their property according to their desires. By buying
a shell development each apartment is delivered with all the major works completed, providing the buyer with the opportunity to live
their dream and design the interior according to their personal taste. By buying a shell development
we:
- provide the opportunity to buy and finish an apartment for less cost than buying an equivalent new apartment
- provide the opportunity to finish an apartment to your budget and taste and not that of the developer
- remove the hassle in a renovation project of applying for planning permission, undertaking all the demolition work and undertaking the external renovations.
If required we will be happy to help purchasers finish their apartment by providing local building contacts. Knight Colley also offer the
option of project managing the finishing works inside an apartment until completion.
Delivery of Apartments
Each apartment will be delivered in a condition where work can start
immediately on the interior. Every apartment will be assigned a cave
and a private covered parking space.
Buyers will have free reign to
choose the internal layout of the rooms within their apartment.
Knight Colley have suggested layouts designed by the architect but
the final choice is each buyer’s.
Buyers will be able to finish the
electrics and plumbing according to their requirements and all the
interior finishing within the apartment – style of kitchen,
bathroom, flooring, lighting etc. - completely to their level of
quality and choice. Knight Colley will be able to advise and assist
in the finishing of each apartment if required.

opportunity to buy an apartment which can finished according to
budget and choice, without the hassle of having to renovate an
existing apartment or incurring the greater cost of buying a new
